Analytics Engineer

About the role

As an Analytics Engineer, you will own end-to-end data models for Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics. You will design scalable dbt models, reduce technical debt, and partner with Business Analysts to ensure long-term data reliability. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the Analytics Engineering function at Qonto.

Responsibilities

• Build data models that Business Analytics teams trust by designing and shipping dbt models and tests.
• Partner with Business Analysts to understand requirements and ensure long-term reliability over quick fixes.
• Reduce technical debt at scale by migrating parts of the data stack to a more scalable setup.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery through delivery and impact assessment.
• Scale your workflow by using AI tools for documentation, testing, and modeling.
