About the role

The Data & Automation team acts as a center of excellence for data and process optimization across all OMR business units. As an Analytics Engineer, you will own central data models, including ticketing, event data, finance reporting, and marketing attribution. You will bridge the gap between complex data structures and business impact by building reliable models that drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop ticketing and event data models in dbt
  • Build reliable ticket forecasting based on historical sales data and pricing
  • Manage finance data models and create working capital reporting
  • Develop cross-channel attribution models for marketing ROI
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests, exports, and dashboard adjustments
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Events to translate requirements into scalable models
