Principal Engagement Lead (Technology Advisory)

About the role

Principal Engagement Leads at Thoughtworks act as delivery and solution leaders for AI-native advisory engagements. This role integrates the functions of an engagement manager, product leader, and systems thinker to translate high-level strategy into measurable outcomes and working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of outcomes by translating client goals into clear workstreams, milestones, and outputs.
• Structure and drive AI-native advisory engagements by breaking down complex problems into actionable components.
• Orchestrate AI-native delivery by designing workflows across analysis, scenario modeling, and documentation.
• Ensure quality and coherence across engagements by reviewing outputs for logical consistency and technical feasibility.
• Interface directly with client delivery leadership to translate recommendations into execution paths.
• Proactively manage technical, organizational, and commercial delivery risks.
• Build reusable delivery patterns and decision frameworks to expand the library of AI-native advisory assets.
