GenAI Engineer

About the role

As a GenAI Expert and Trainer, you will operate at the intersection of software engineering, elite training, and strategic consulting. You will be responsible for the pragmatic and secure implementation of AI solutions for clients, ranging from architecture design to pedagogical transmission. This role allows you to progress in high technical mastery while contributing to the firm's expertise in generative AI and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust, production-ready GenAI architectures including model selection and context optimization.
• Develop advanced RAG pipelines and orchestrate agentic workflows using tools like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Manage industrialization, FinOps, and security guardrails for AI deployments.
• Lead training sessions and workshops at the SFEIR Institute to upskill client teams on agentic coding and development standards.
• Translate complex business needs into operational roadmaps and strategic AI architectures.
