Working Student - HR & Finance

About the role

Cofinity-X is seeking a motivated working student to provide administrative and operational support across our HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams. You will assist with documentation, internal systems, and day-to-day business processes while gaining exposure to a variety of corporate projects. This role is ideal for a student looking to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency in a growing joint venture.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across Support Functions teams including HR, Office, Finance, Procurement, and Legal
• Assist with the coordination and maintenance of documentation, records, and internal systems
• Support day-to-day business processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on action items
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials
• Track deadlines and support ongoing projects and initiatives across different functions
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and gain exposure to a variety of business topics and projects

Qualifications
