About the role

As a working student in project management, you will actively participate in various projects, supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation processes. You will gain practical experience by assisting with organizational tasks and gradually taking on responsibility for your own smaller projects. The role is designed to help you develop professionally while balancing your academic commitments.

Responsibilities

• Mitarbeit bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Projekten
• Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Aufgaben, Terminen und Beteiligten
• Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings und Workshops
• Nachhalten von Aufgaben, Entscheidungen und nächsten Schritten
• Pflege von Projektplänen, Dokumentationen und Übersichten
• Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung zwischen unterschiedlichen Teams und Ansprechpersonen
• Recherche und Aufbereitung von Informationen für laufende und neue Projekte
• Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in bestehenden Abläufen und Prozessen
• Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Projektaufgaben und kleinerer Projekte
