Senior Rider Onboarding Associate

About the role

The Senior Rider Onboarding Associate will join the Rider Enablement team to build, scale, and optimise the physical onboarding ecosystem for the rider fleet. This role involves managing logistical scaling challenges to ensure fleet capacity meets real-time marketplace demand across the UK and Ireland. The position requires extensive travel to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions and support regional hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the format and structural workflow of physical Rider Onboarding Hubs to maximise operational efficiency.
• Design, operationalise, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI.
• Architect and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot live operational issues and funnel intelligence into system enhancements.
• Travel extensively across the UKI to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions.
• Manage local supply constraints and eliminate rider deficits in hard-to-source zones.
• Lead tactical supply planning and execution for peak trading seasons.
