About the role
The Product Manager for Categories will lead the strategy and roadmap for Decathlon's global e-commerce navigation and SKU-level categorization engines. This role focuses on creating an intuitive, automated, and personalized browsing journey to drive global conversion and revenue. You will work within the E-Commerce Solutions domain, collaborating with engineering, design, and local country teams to standardize taxonomy and navigation across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Categories and Core Navigation ecosystem.
- Align stakeholders across central sports teams, global digital merchandising, and local country teams around shared treeview operating models.
- Identify user, SEO, and market opportunities through data analysis, user testing, and card-sorting studies.
- Establish a continuous and consistent A/B testing process to refine business convictions and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead agile product delivery in close partnership with the Engineering Lead and squad members.
- Prioritize and mature the team’s backlog to support multi-level export feed pipelines and taxonomy rules execution.
- Define and track success metrics including PDP reach rate, revenue per session, and category-level conversion.

Qualifications
