Principal Product Advisor

About the role

Dragos is seeking a principal-level Product Advisor to join the product team building world-class ICS cybersecurity products. This role acts as a trusted technical advisor to define and drive the company's approach for supporting NIS-2 and related EU OT cybersecurity requirements across products. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to advise on an effective product roadmap in support of EU-regulated critical infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Product Strategy and inputs across Product Teams for NIS-2 compliance and related sector-specific OT cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
• Capture and relay detailed feedback on customer needs, implementation challenges, and platform capabilities specific to EU critical infrastructure operators.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to EU customers regarding how the Dragos Platform supports NIS-2 compliance and risk management obligations.
• Represent the company in EU industry forums, conferences, and publications to reinforce leadership in OT cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
• Support Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders to position the Dragos Platform for industry-specific needs.
• Partner with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and create educational content highlighting compliance capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify EU business opportunities and justify business cases.
• Collaborate with Product teams to make decisions regarding feature trade-offs, timelines, and resources.
• Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritizing future development for the EU market.
• Measure, track, and provide plans to improve product KPIs to drive process improvements.
• Shape the EU go-to-market strategy and provide narratives for launch activities.
• Provide mentorship to senior and junior product managers regarding EU OT cybersecurity regulations.
