About the role

The Group Product Manager for Fraud will lead the fraud domain across Payment Performance, owning the strategy for building a best-in-class fraud engine. This portfolio leadership role involves managing a team of Product Managers and collaborating with Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to protect merchants and the company from fraud while maintaining optimal payment performance. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and economics for fraud products, ensuring they adapt to evolving fraud trends and merchant needs.

Responsibilities

  • Set the fraud strategy and create a unified product vision and roadmap across merchant fraud products and real-time decisioning.
  • Build and improve the performance, coverage, and resilience of real-time fraud decisioning platforms.
  • Co-own the Fraud Data Science roadmap and outcome metrics, ensuring alignment between product goals and scientific rigor.
  • Own the product economics of the fraud portfolio, including value measurement, investment cases, and adoption strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers across the fraud portfolio.
  • Partner with Commercial and Product Marketing teams to translate complex fraud capabilities into clear merchant propositions.
