About the role

The Senior Manager of Implementation and Onboarding will lead, scale, and develop technical onboarding teams while serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional leadership. This role involves defining team strategy, execution standards, and capacity planning to ensure high-quality technical guidance for customers. You will act as a player-coach, supporting complex implementations while driving organizational change and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop individual contributors and managers within the technical onboarding team.
• Define and evolve engagement models, processes, and playbooks for customer success.
• Act as a senior escalation point for high-impact, complex customer situations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support leadership to align resources and drive customer trust.
• Provide leadership with visibility into customer health, adoption trends, and risks.
• Drive hiring strategy, onboarding excellence, and long-term talent development.
