Partner Manager - Public Sector Partnerships

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale its Public Sector Partner Programme in North America. You will design partner incentive and enablement models tailored to government procurement and compliance, while managing relationships with resellers, VARs, and systems integrators to drive revenue across federal, state, local, and education sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the end-to-end public sector partner strategy for North America.
• Build and manage relationships with leading systems integrators and value-added resellers.
• Onboard, enable, and activate partners to sell and deliver ElevenLabs products into government and education accounts.
• Develop partner incentive and enablement models aligned with public sector procurement and compliance requirements.
• Drive partner-led pipeline generation and manage day-to-day partner performance against growth targets.
