About the role
Quandela is seeking a hands-on, cross-functional engineer to lead the scaling of manufacturing operations for semiconductor, photonic, and quantum products. The role involves building a traceable industrial framework, managing the transfer of products from R&D to production, and leading the deployment of ERP and MES systems to support manufacturing needs. You will coordinate across multiple departments to ensure end-to-end consistency and process maturity as the company moves toward scalable industrial operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional industrialization projects across Front-End and Back-End operations.
- Structure projects with clear milestones, deliverables, risks, and action plans while coordinating across R&D, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
- Manage the transfer of new products and processes from R&D to qualified production.
- Act as the Manufacturing lead for ERP and MES deployment, defining business requirements and workflows.
- Specify BOM/mBOM, routings, work centers, and standard times in the ERP system.
- Define MES requirements for electronic travelers, traceability, and process data.
- Lead PFMEA on critical processes and support Manufacturing Readiness Reviews.

Qualifications
