Technical Project Manager - Dach

About the role

Tandem Health is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive critical integration initiatives between their platform and external healthcare systems across the DACH region. You will bridge the gap between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality technical implementations. This role requires a blend of technical fluency, project management expertise, and a product-focused mindset to navigate complex system constraints and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
• Map external systems against our own platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners.
• Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
• Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity.
• Build and improve processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and technical delivery.
• Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders by tracking progress, surfacing risks, and communicating clearly.
• Support our sales organisation in answering technical questions from our customers.
