AI Deployment Strategist - Medtech R&D

About the role

REMATIQ is building a specialized AI platform for regulated R&D, quality, and regulatory workflows in the medtech industry. As a Medtech R&D Domain Expert, you will work directly with customers to transform complex product development workflows into practical AI-powered solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on driving customer projects from discovery through implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive customer project workstreams from discovery through workflow design, implementation support, testing, iteration, and delivery.
• Work directly with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and cross-functional customer teams to understand their product development processes, constraints, and opportunities for AI-powered improvement.
• Act as a domain sparring partner for internal teams regarding medtech R&D workflows such as systems engineering, design controls, risk management, and technical documentation.
• Create and review project deliverables including workshop materials, workflow maps, gap analyses, impact assessments, and use-case specifications.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into structured internal requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Use AI tools actively to accelerate work, improve project delivery, and create high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in medtech R&D, product development, innovation, design controls, technical project management, R&D transformation, or a related consulting role.
