About the role

The Implementation Project Manager will lead complex, multi-product customer implementations, ensuring successful delivery against coordinated plans. This role involves managing project scope, technical dependencies, and stakeholder communication to drive customer outcomes and value realization. You will act as the primary point of accountability for project health, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination between internal teams and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex new-logo, cross-sell, and Value Realization implementations from internal handoff through customer acceptance.
  • Translate complex scopes of work into an integrated delivery strategy covering products, workstreams, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Own the master implementation plan and coordinate specialists across Product, Engineering, Data, and Cloud teams.
  • Establish measurable success and acceptance criteria at kickoff and maintain accountability for outcomes throughout delivery.
  • Lead customer project governance and maintain clear, data-backed reporting on project health, risks, and timelines.
  • Identify cross-workstream dependencies and risks early to determine their impact on the critical path.
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations and make prioritization decisions based on risk, complexity, and customer impact.
