About the role

Makersite is seeking an innovative Project Manager to lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to customer system connections. This role involves driving digital transformation by managing project lifecycles, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional resources to deliver sustainable product development solutions. You will contribute to standardizing implementation methodologies while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to system connections with customers.
• Maintain and update project plans while proactively identifying and managing project risks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the availability of expertise for each project phase.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and effective issue resolution.
• Contribute to the standardization of project implementation methodology and templates.
• Generate thorough project and solution documentation outlining goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Handle all customer communication to ensure clear and consistent information flow.
