About the role

Veepee is looking for a CRM Project Management intern to join their team and participate in the development of multichannel CRM operations. The role involves organizing campaign stages, from sales selection and targeting to message creation and performance analysis. The intern will also provide recommendations to optimize future CRM activities.

Responsibilities

• Define communication content and manage the campaign planning schedule
• Coordinate with international teams to implement and track marketing campaigns
• Configure and prioritize communications using internal tools
• Analyze campaign performance through monthly and quarterly reporting
• Manage reactivation campaigns for specific visitor and buyer segments
• Monitor KPIs and budget expenditures for CRM initiatives
