Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

EPHIA Medical GmbH is a profitable, independently funded education platform for aesthetic medicine professionals. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for scaling the company's growth as it expands into new German cities, working directly with the founders with a clear path to becoming CMO within one to two years.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale performance marketing on Meta, including tracking, creatives, and budget management
• Manage SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content strategy, and rankings
• Develop email marketing and CRM systems, including newsletters and automated funnels
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for new locations across Germany
• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and manage performance based on CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS
• Collaborate with founders on positioning, messaging, and growth priorities
• Ensure all communications comply with the Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG) and medical professional regulations
