Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the setup and management of foreign entities, assist with tax compliance, and contribute to accounting and closing processes under HGB and IFRS. This role involves developing scalable financial policies, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth in the mobile app economy.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and management of foreign entities including entity setup, intercompany transactions, and local compliance.
• Assist with tax compliance and tax structuring initiatives for domestic and international operations.
• Support day-to-day accounting and group closing tasks according to HGB and IFRS policies.
• Develop and implement scalable financial policies and procedures with effective internal controls.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and analysis for stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
• Provide financial insights and support to business units, product teams, and senior leadership.
