Growth Marketer / Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

You will take responsibility for the performance marketing strategy and further develop existing paid structures for a fast-growing consumer brand. The role involves managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, optimizing the entire funnel from creative to conversion, and scaling marketing efforts internationally. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to build internal performance marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and paid structures
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor and manage budgets based on KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and profitability
• Analyze the full funnel from ad creative to landing page and shop conversion
• Identify CRO potentials and conduct structured A/B tests
• Manage external agencies and freelancers while challenging their performance and quality
