About the role

The Stock Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability of physical and digital stock within the warehouse. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, the role involves coordinating inventory processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to optimize stock management and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage rolling, full-empty, and piece-by-piece inventories according to specifications.
• Analyze causes of stock discrepancies and non-conformities in collaboration with site management.
• Implement random audits to secure physical and virtual stock movements.
• Monitor stock-related qualitative and quantitative indicators.
• Manage dormant stock and warehouse pallet occupancy rates.
• Identify and propose process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• BTS or equivalent diploma in logistics and transport management (Bac +2)
