About the role
The UxS Training Equipment & Fleet Coordinator owns the operational readiness and traceability of unmanned air and land systems used for demos, training, and field activities. This role manages the full asset cycle, including configuration, documentation, maintenance, and logistics to ensure equipment is ready for mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day readiness of the unmanned air and land fleet by inspecting systems, payloads, and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by asset, serial number, location, and user.
- Document equipment issues, returns, and status reports while managing stock levels.
- Prepare course-specific equipment checklists and support the logistics of training setups.
- Configure, pack, and document systems for shipment and inspect returned assets.
- Install software and firmware upgrades and coordinate repairs with internal engineering and support teams.
