About the role

As a station manager at roadsurfer, you will be responsible for the development and daily operations of our camper rental location. You will lead your team, manage the vehicle fleet, and ensure high-quality service while coordinating with central departments and international teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to process optimization and customer consultation to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop the location and ensure smooth daily operations
• Implement and improve processes for vehicle handovers and returns
• Collaborate with international teams to improve service standards
• Lead, onboard, and provide feedback to your team
• Manage recruitment for your local team
• Oversee the vehicle fleet and coordinate with service partners
• Provide expert advice to customers regarding our products
