Inventory & Operations Associate

About the role

The Inventory & Operations Associate will manage stock, fulfill orders, and provide operational support to ensure live shopping shows run smoothly. This hands-on role involves maintaining inventory records, preparing products for broadcasts, and assisting with customer order queries. The position requires a reliable individual to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and organise incoming stock from suppliers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and keep stock information up to date
• Add products to our catalogue so they are ready to feature during live shopping shows
• Move and organise stock between receiving areas and storage
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organised and well maintained
• Support live shopping operations by moderating chat when needed
• Respond to customer messages, including order queries, cancellations and return requests
