About the role

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service during campervan pick-ups and returns, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our clients. Additionally, you will perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of the vehicles and support the station team with daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience during vehicle handovers
• Explain vehicle features and operations to customers
• Perform thorough cleaning and preparation of campervans, both inside and out
• Assist the station team with daily operational duties to ensure smooth service
