About the role

Smava is an online comparison portal that makes loans transparent, fair, and affordable. As a credit specialist, you will provide telephone and written consultations to customers, guiding them from initial contact through to contract conclusion to find the optimal loan offer. You will work within a team of finance professionals to help customers fulfill their financial wishes without cold calling.

• Act as the primary contact for customers, providing consultation via phone and email regarding loan comparisons
• Manage the customer journey from initial contact to contract completion
• Conduct needs analysis to identify and provide optimal loan solutions
• Utilize modern communication tools and digital closing processes to ensure efficient daily operations
