About the role

Smava is looking for a credit specialist to join their sales team and provide telephone-based consultation to customers regarding loan comparisons. You will guide customers from initial contact through to contract conclusion, helping them find the optimal loan offer based on their individual needs. This role involves no cold calling, as all customers have actively provided their data.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consultation via phone and email regarding loan comparisons.
• Manage the customer journey from initial contact to contract conclusion, supporting them through all phases.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify customer requirements and assist in securing optimal loan offers.
• Utilize modern communication tools and digital closing options to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
