About the role

The Team Lead Software Development Product provides professional and disciplinary leadership to the lead development team within the product environment. This role bridges people leadership with technical and operational management, ensuring technical requirements are structured, evaluated, and converted into sustainable solutions for the APplus ERP system. The lead is responsible for maintaining technical consistency, managing team capacities, and ensuring high quality standards while fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and development for the lead development team
• Coach employees and conduct regular feedback and development meetings
• Plan, prioritize, and manage ongoing technical topics and team capacities
• Establish transparency regarding workload, risks, blockers, and priority conflicts
• Accompany and evaluate technical concepts, risk analyses, effort estimates, and reviews
• Ensure standard proximity, technical consistency, and reusability in solution design
• Identify escalation needs early and prepare technical and organizational decisions
• Establish clear working methods, handovers, and quality standards within the team
