About the role

The Team Lead Software Development Customization provides professional and disciplinary leadership to the lead development team, focusing on complex customer-specific adjustments. This role bridges people leadership with technical and operational management, ensuring structured evaluation, design, and reliable implementation of technical requirements. The lead is responsible for team development, capacity planning, and maintaining high quality standards while coordinating with consulting and project management departments.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung deines Lead-Development-Teams
• Coaching der Mitarbeitenden sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche
• Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung laufender Customization-Themen und Teamkapazitäten
• Herstellung von Transparenz über Auslastung, Risiken, Blocker und Prioritätskonflikte
• Begleitung und Bewertung technischer Konzepte, Risikoanalysen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Reviews
• Steuerung komplexer kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und technischer Vorprüfungen
• Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Schnittstellen, Datenmigrationen und individuellen technischen Lösungen
• Etablierung klarer Arbeitsweisen, Übergaben und Qualitätsstandards innerhalb des Teams
