Creative AI Lead

About the role

Wiethe Content GmbH is seeking a Creative AI Lead to bridge creative vision with generative AI capabilities. You will develop innovative AI-supported content concepts, define visual standards, and lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects for international brands. This role involves hands-on creation, project coordination, and advising clients on the creative potential of generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead innovative GenAI concepts for brands, campaigns, and content formats.
• Define and evolve look and feel, visual language, and quality standards for AI-supported productions.
• Test and combine generative AI tools and models for use in image and motion production.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams including AI artists, designers, and CGI specialists.
• Ensure high design quality and visual consistency across large asset volumes.
• Present creative concepts and advise clients on generative AI possibilities.
