AI Production Lead

About the role

The AI Production Lead will drive generative AI productions both technically and organizationally. You will bridge the gap between creative requirements and efficient, scalable workflows while taking technical responsibility for complex AI projects from initial concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing AI productions from briefing to final delivery.
• Developing and optimizing AI workflows and production pipelines for image and video content.
• Evaluating technical feasibility and integrating AI models and tools.
• Developing standardized production processes to ensure quality and scalability.
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teams across AI, creative, production, and project management.
• Monitoring and improving workflow quality, speed, and reliability.
• Advising clients on technical possibilities and the use of generative AI.
• Identifying new AI technologies and sharing best practices within the team.
