AI Workflow Lead

About the role

The AI Workflow Lead acts as an internal consultant responsible for designing and scaling responsible AI workflows across the organization. This role bridges the gap between operational needs and technical implementation, working closely with teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and measure their impact. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics & AI and collaborates across functions to drive systematic AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to understand processes and identify high-value AI opportunities using design thinking and process mapping.
• Design and implement organization-level AI workflows from pilot to scaled solution.
• Manage a structured use-case pipeline and monitor AI usage across the organization to identify risks and limitations.
• Scan the AI landscape for new tools and evaluate them against responsible-use, privacy, and security criteria.
• Measure the impact of AI workflows through dashboards and success metrics to report on ROI and efficiency.
• Support AI champion networks and provide guidance to staff on workflow and use-case questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Science, Business, Computer Science, Social Sciences or a related field
• Equivalent practical experience
