About the role
Klim is a German AgriTech company focused on making regenerative agriculture scalable and economically viable. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design experience for farmers and partners while building an AI-augmented design process to enable high-quality output at scale. This is a player/coach role requiring 60% hands-on design work and 40% system and process development.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product experience across farmer and partner journeys.
- Design complex, brand-critical work from wireframes to high-fidelity interaction and visual design.
- Run continuous research, usability testing, and A/B tests to track experience metrics.
- Develop and maintain an AI-augmented design model and a canonical design system in partnership with engineering.
- Partner with engineering leads to standardize UI development and reduce rework.
- Coach product managers on design principles and establish design rituals like critiques and reviews.
