Product Designer

About the role

Lpe Immobilien Management Gmbh is seeking a Product Designer to join their new product team and help revolutionize the property management industry through software. You will be the first design-focused hire, responsible for building the design system and process while working directly with product engineers to create interfaces for customer portals and internal management cockpits. This role involves end-to-end design, from user research and conceptualization to implementation using AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial user interviews to final interface delivery.
• Design interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows and agent-based tasks.
• Collaborate within the product team to implement features directly into the frontend.
• Build and maintain the design system and design processes.
• Conduct qualitative research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
