Working Student - Talent Operations

About the role

As a Working Student in Talent Operations, you will support the recruiting team by managing interview logistics, maintaining ATS data, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will play a key role in scaling the hiring process by optimizing workflows and providing administrative support to hiring managers and the People & Ops team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Prepare offer documents and coordinate onboarding logistics
• Maintain ATS data quality and stage hygiene
• Manage hiring trackers and headcount sheets in Notion
• Communicate with candidates and new joiners regarding onboarding and feedback
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks using checklists and automation
• Support the TA team with pipeline reporting and training logistics
