Engineering Manager - Experimentation

About the role

The Engineering Manager for Experimentation will lead a distributed team of engineers to develop and maintain Confidence, a platform that enables rapid product iteration and data-driven decision-making. This role involves coaching team members, fostering a strong engineering culture, and partnering with product managers to define technical strategy. The manager will balance people development with hands-on engineering contributions to ensure high-quality, scalable product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop the careers of a team of engineers.
• Partner with product managers to support prioritizations and product visions.
• Support the engineering team and work with Staff engineers to formulate technical strategy.
• Perform hands-on engineering work as needed to support team goals.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of product features.
