Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

The Senior Social Media Manager will balance hands-on execution with strategic team leadership within the PC & Console division. This role oversees social media operations, including process, content creation, and performance, while managing a portfolio of games and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update overall process workflow for Go to Market phases.
• Manage administration and configuration of social media tooling.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for social media operations across products.
• Coordinate with community counterparts to ensure alignment and forward planning.
• Delegate game portfolio responsibilities and oversee team bandwidth.
• Mentor team members on content creation, engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Manage allotted games by building and monitoring communities across the lifecycle.
