About the role

As a Working Student in Social Media & Content, you will help shape the public presence of Maple Aviation, an aerospace startup building autonomous aircraft for medical logistics. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, including photography and video, to document flight tests, engineering milestones, and team culture. This role involves translating technical topics into accessible stories and managing social media channels to increase engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create content for social media channels including copy, photography, short-form video, and graphics.
• Plan and manage the social media calendar and publish content across platforms.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments such as flight tests, product developments, and team events.
• Translate technical topics into clear, engaging stories for a general audience.
• Support photo and video production, including shooting and editing.
• Monitor channel performance and apply insights to optimize content strategy.
• Maintain visual and verbal consistency across all social media channels.
• Research and implement new platform trends and creative formats.
