RevOps Engineer

About the role

Langdock is seeking a dedicated RevOps Engineer to own commercial data architecture and cross-functional GTM processes. This role focuses on building reliable data models, delivering robust business intelligence, and engineering seamless workflows between sales, customer success, and finance teams. You will act as the primary owner of the core data domain to support growth initiatives and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect shared commercial data and BI by connecting customer, product, and revenue data across systems.
• Build in-house revenue and billing logic to ensure a single source of truth for leadership.
• Support commercial planning and measurement by providing data models for forecasting and compensation structures.
• Investigate growth drivers by partnering with cross-functional teams to uncover pipeline and expansion bottlenecks.
• Optimize GTM funnels and lifecycle workflows to ensure clean CRM hygiene and minimal friction.
• Leverage AI and modern automation tools to eliminate repetitive manual operational tasks.
