About the role

In this role, you will support the Enterprise Risk Management team at auxmoney by configuring workflows and implementing AI-driven processes within the GRC platform. You will work closely with various departments to automate manual tasks, integrate systems, and ensure data is structured for effective reporting. This position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in risk management, process automation, and technical system integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows in the GRC software OneTrust, including data fields, status logic, and automated notifications.
• Integrate OneTrust with other systems such as Slack, SharePoint, or Outlook to streamline communication.
• Identify and automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency in risk management processes.
• Develop and implement AI-based solutions for information structuring, evaluation preparation, and report summarization.
• Create test cases and document configurations, interfaces, and dependencies to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Structure information and automate the transfer of status data into reports for management.
