Front-Office Data Support Analyst

About the role

The Front-Office Data Support Analyst will sit on the trading desk to manage data infrastructure, reconciliation, and performance reporting for the firm's ETF/ETP business. This role involves bridging the gap between the trading desk and engineering teams by automating workflows and ensuring data accuracy across internal and external systems. The intern will gain exposure to crypto markets, asset management operations, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate daily data feeds including NAV, AUM, flows, and holdings across internal databases and third-party APIs.
• Serve as the link between the trading desk and the data/engineering team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify manual reporting workflows and replace them with automated Python or SQL scripts.
• Support quality assurance of data published to external channels to ensure consistency with internal sources.
• Handle ad hoc data requests from product development, risk, and distribution teams.
