Product Manager (US Cards)

Lendable is seeking a Product Manager to join the US Cards team, focusing on post-booking areas such as payments, collections, credit limit increases, and the mobile app. The role involves running experiments across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI to build tools and automate processes. This position offers the opportunity to scale a rapidly growing fintech product in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments across the customer lifecycle to improve engagement and payment processes
• Collaborate with credit risk and data science teams to apply models to new use cases
• Test ideas quickly using manual processes or AI tools before committing engineering resources
• Gather customer research to inform product decisions
• Build tools and automations using AI to improve operational efficiency
• Manage end-to-end product delivery, including unblocking developers and coordinating with legal and compliance teams
