Senior Data Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will operate as a generalist across product, commercial, and financial domains to solve ambiguous problems and support evidence-based decision-making. You will leverage AI tools and Databricks to automate analysis and provide actionable insights in a fast-paced, high-growth mobile gaming environment. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying business risks and opportunities while driving the team's shift toward AI-heavy analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, Fraud, and LiveOps teams to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and support decisions with evidence.
• Turn vague business questions into structured hypotheses, experiments, and decision-ready analyses.
• Use Claude and Databricks as core tools for analysis and automation, working with high-frequency data.
• Track and analyze performance across product, campaign, revenue, and profitability dimensions.
• Build dashboards and self-service tools to enable team monitoring of performance.
• Identify gaps in tracking and data quality to improve instrumentation across domains.
• Share thinking openly through prototypes and final recommendations to facilitate team learning.
