Customer Solution Engineer - Quote to Cash

About the role

Zuora is seeking a hands-on Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives on enterprise sales cycles and support customer adoption post-sale. You will design, build, and demo complex quote-to-cash solutions, run proofs of concept, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical wins. This role requires deep technical aptitude and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs on enterprise sales cycles including discovery, solution design, and demos
• Scope quote-to-cash solutions across billing, CPQ, and revenue systems
• Build tailored demos and proofs of concept aligned to customer requirements
• Present solutions to technical and business stakeholders and senior leadership
• Support technical health on assigned accounts and identify expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and Support teams and contribute to RFPs
