Staff Product Manager – Decathlon App

About the role

The Staff Product Manager will provide strategic direction and functional architecture to scale the Decathlon mobile application. This role acts as a bridge between digital commerce and physical store experiences, focusing on high-impact initiatives and ecosystem cohesion. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence and elevate the mobile platform's performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the holistic value generated by key mobile initiatives across the business and customer ecosystem.
• Deliver high-impact narratives and presentations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as the lead Functional Architect to define scope and boundaries across feature squads.
• Work in triad collaboration with engineering and design leads to align technical and product vision.
• Design seamless user journeys linking mobile discovery, in-store interactions, and checkout.
• Serve as a strategic advisor for Group Product Managers and PMs to navigate complex dependencies.
• Formulate and drive product de-risking strategies for high-stakes initiatives.
• Upskill the PM community on modern product practices and experimentation frameworks.
