Vice President Equity Index Management

About the role

Solactive is seeking a Vice President to manage a portfolio of quantitative equity indices for global investment banks and asset managers. This role involves coordinating index maintenance, driving process improvements, and serving as a primary contact for international clients. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver high-quality index solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rebalancing and maintenance of a portfolio of quantitative equity indices.
• Drive team initiatives and process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to international clients regarding index-related questions and outcomes.
• Organize day-to-day team activities by aligning priorities and supporting colleagues.
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to translate client requirements into solutions.

Qualifications
