About the role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our market position in the German hospital sector by acquiring new clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and strategic relationship building to successful contract closure. You will work closely with decision-makers at the C-level to position our healthcare IT solutions and drive digitalization in clinics.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients in the hospital market including acute, mixed, and rehabilitation clinics.
• Position our software solutions strategically with C-level decision-makers.
• Present our hospital information system with a focus on customer benefits and process optimization.
• Prepare, create, and negotiate offers in coordination with technical teams.
• Manage tender processes in collaboration with bid management.
• Maintain and expand your network within clinics, partners, and industry associations.
