About the role

In this role, you will lead the production controlling department for a medium-sized manufacturing company. You will manage a small team while acting as the central controlling contact for international subsidiaries. Your work will focus on optimizing production costs, developing key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs and processes to develop relevant KPIs and actionable recommendations.
• Manage cost and performance accounting, including product costing and variance analysis.
• Oversee controlling for international subsidiaries, ensuring standardized reporting and performance tracking.
• Prepare monthly reporting and actively participate in budget planning and forecasting.
• Support ERP projects and audits while collaborating with production, procurement, and sales departments.
• Lead the team by setting priorities and actively participating in daily operations.
