Head of Growth Marketing

About the role

Flex is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale a modern growth engine that drives a predictable, high-quality pipeline across both self-serve and sales-led motions. This role involves owning customer acquisition across digital growth surfaces and partnering with Product to drive activation, conversion, and monetization. The successful candidate will lead the Demand Generation team and define performance marketing execution and digital channel strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Demand Gen team, ensuring strong execution across performance marketing, digital channels, and enterprise campaigns
• Own paid acquisition across channels, including search, display, paid social, and retargeting
• Optimize CAC, payback period, and channel ROI through continuous experimentation and data-driven iteration
• Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on ICPs, pipeline goals, and campaign strategy
• Act as the owner of Flex’s self-serve motion, responsible for top-of-funnel acquisition and fueling PLG growth
• Partner with Product to drive activation experiments, onboarding flows, conversion optimization, and monetization strategy
• Own Flex.one as a core growth surface, improving discoverability, performance, and conversion
• Drive organic acquisition through technical SEO, structured content, and site optimization
